We Guarantee Our Work
There are newly installed HVAC parts that fail due to manufacture defect. These parts are typically covered by manufacture warranty, but we go a step beyond. We do not believe All Comfort Heating and Cooling customers should pay for the labor to re-install the new part. If a part fails due to defect by the manufacturer, while under manufacture warranty, our heating and air conditioning technicians will replace the part for free.
*This waiver applies when a technician arrives late for an appointment without the following situations: extreme weather conditions, unavoidable vehicle problems, if the technician does not call ahead to reschedule with the homeowners agreement.
