Dual fuel systems are available as package units or split systems. This system uses regular heat pump applications to heat and cool your property, with one difference. There are no electric auxiliary/emergency heat strips for supplement back up heat. Dual fuel systems use a furnace application with either propane or natural gas to provide supplement heat in extremely cold weather.

After we returned from a trip, both Air Conditioning units (1st and 2nd floors), were not cooling. The repair technician, Allen was extremely courteous when I called. I have had 3 other local companies come to my home. They have all performed different expensive fixes to my 9 year old unit. Allen came to my home the same day I called and explained every move he made He repaired my unit within the hour. I called All Comfort Heating and Air on a Sunday night a little after midnight my a/c quit working and I spoke with Allen service man and told him my situation and that I could not go without a/c do to my health problems I told Allen that if we have to we would go to a motel and he could get to it Monday during working hours he said he would be at my house with in 45 minutes he was there and repaired the problem Allen was very nice and respectful I would recommend his work to anyone. Allen Fields serviced my A/C. Came over within the hour on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem as a failed compressor. Thankfully the compressor was under warranty. He offered a reasonable quote for labor charges on repair. It took a couple of days for the compressor to ship and he installed it on Wednesday. Great professional service.. They are always prompt if not early. I have called them twice and both times they have been able to fit me in either the same day or the day after. I was extremely impressed because I have a hard time with companies being consistent. I will continue to use them for my AC needs.Caitlin
